POLICIES

  • All services are a la carte, you must pick all services that you need at your appointment. I will not add on services during your appointment. If it is not added during booking, it will not be done.
  • Late cancellations/no shows: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, a $25 late cancellation fee will be charged. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of their service fee and will be blocked from future bookings.
  • Please refrain from bringing guests with you to your appointment. The salon is in a private suite, so space is limited. 
  • Please arrive at your scheduled time. Arrivals 10 minutes late may be subject to rescheduling or you may not be able to receive all services requested.
  • Consultations are mandatory for all new clients requesting chemical or extension services. Consultations are also required for clients that I have not serviced for 6 months or more. No exceptions. The fee for a consultation is $20. Consultations and appointments are not done on the same day.
  • Forms of payment accepted: VISA, MC, DISC, AMEX, CASH, APPLE PAY, AND GOOGLE PAY.
  • An additional fee will be assessed for the removal of braids, excessive tangles and matting, and extreme product buildup. Please detangle and/or remove excessive products before your appointment.
  • Contact hours are Tuesday through Friday 9 am-8 pm and Saturday 7:30 am-6 pm. No calls, texts, or emails are answered from Saturday beginning at 6 pm through Tuesday at 9 am. Email responses will be answered within 24 business hours.
  • If there are any issues with your service, you have 3 days to contact me for complimentary revisions, after 3 days, there will be a fee to correct or revise.
